The BBA curriculum is designed to provide industry with young managers for entry level positions for their first experience in a corporate role.

The department has a systematic process in place for the development of the BBA students to make them suitable for industry. The department has right processes in place for developing the personality of the students. The student’s present seminars, appear in GDs, make classroom presentations and are part of organizing committees for national or international programs. A team of faculty members takes care of communication skills development throughout the three years program.
The main objective of BBA program is to prepare students for executive level responsibilities in industries, banking, defence and administration.
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is spread over 6 semesters with 6 subjects being taught till fourth semester and 5 subjects taught in fifth & sixth semester, which is a total of 34 subjects.
To build the bridge between theory and practice, students are required to spend 6 – 8 weeks on a summer project between the 2nd and the 3rd year of the full – time BBA program. This project carries 100 marks, which become a part of the 5th semester grades. As a part of a curriculum a students are also required to undergo a comprehensive viva-voce in their sixth semester, which carries 100 marks.

Through a practical approach towards the syllabus, guided by the faculty from the industry itself, students are prepared for the real corporate world. Innovative methods of teaching consisting of case study discussions, presentations, classroom debates and role plays are used to make the classroom experience an invigorating one.
To enable students to communicate professionally and effectively, both orally and in writing, to enhance their understanding of and solutions for common business problems; also to enable them to understand the role of communication in communicating properly with a diverse and intercultural audience.
Global Business Management
To empower students to understand the theory, operations, and challenges of global business and also to give students a deeper insight into the ethnic, social, gender, religious, and cultural diversity in problem solving, decision-making and group dynamics.
Business Decision Making
To develop critical thinking, analytical, problem solving skills and also to equip them with the ability to identify and evaluate relevant information for decision-making. Flexible, creative, critical thinking methods are encouraged to analyze and solve complex business problems arising out of change and uncertainty.
The intake in BBA program is 60 seats.
The course duration of BBA program is 3 years.
- Candidates seeking admission in BBA program must have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks at 10+2 or equivalent examination in any discipline from a recognized Education Board.
- A candidate who has appeared in 10 + 2 or other equivalent examination during current year as a regular or private candidate but whose result is yet to be declared can also apply for admission on provisional basis. But such a candidate must produce the certificate of passing the examination before the last date fixed for this purpose, failing which, his/her admission may be cancelled.
A Bachelor’s degree in Management (BBA) has gained importance for entry level executive positions in industries across sectors. The placements offered by the Industrial units belonging to all the sectors of economy to the students of BBA program of the Institute is a testimony for the same. A large number of industrial units have shown their preference for undergraduate students. The program is also approved for the purpose of selection in defence forces through CDS route. BBA graduates are eligible to participate in selection process for administrative positions both at central and state levels. The program is also recognized by the public sector units for selection on executive positions.
The scope of jobs in business administration has increased manifold with the boom in economy in past years. Job opportunities exist in government, education, business, management, MNCs and NGOs, retail sectors, banking, consultancy, finance, FMCG, consumer durables, IT, advertising and media.

Knowledge is imparted by using an innovative approach towards lectures giving, on the job experience through internship and complement class room teaching by organizing guest lectures and practical demonstrations relevant to gaining an elevated understanding of the subject in relation to its practical environment.
The course fee of BBA program is ₹ 39000/- annually.
